This paisley collection is totally inspired by Indian art and textiles and the complexity of henna drawings. Most pieces are oxidised giving them the matt black finish, a look that contrasts beautifully with the rich gold leaf and gives a neat frame to house the ebony that lies beneath the gold. Using ebony as a base for the gold leaf offers an undulating surface and texture that brings out a luscious quality in the gold. Paisley forms mimic the Asian influence and colourful gem stones and pearls add the final accent to the whole "look".
