Q Buying a ring as a gift and don’t know the size?
No problem! Just purchase the ring that you like, give it as your surprise gift and if it doesn’t fit, we will send you a ring sizer to establish the correct size. Send the original ring back to us with the correct ring size and we will get the jeweller to make one especially for you in your size. But please take note, as our jewellery is mostly hand made you may have to wait 4 – 8 weeks for a replacement. The same rule applies to bangles and necklaces. If the size is wrong, contact us as to the best way to measure for the correct size.

Q What if I don’t like what I have ordered?
Return the item(s) unused and in the original packaging within 28 days for a full refund.

Q How will you mail it?
All UK mail outs are sent Royal Mail Special delivery with a £5 delivery charge. We will send your purchase on a day to suit you. International orders are sent insured via FedEx at cost.

Q Does it come in a box?
Yes. We have a range of black JaM boxes and your jewellery will be safely snug inside. We also include a CV about the jeweller or item of jewellery. The only exception to the box rule is when an item doesn’t fit a JaM box. In this case we wrap the piece attractively and safely.

Q Can you send a different view of the piece before purchasing?
Email us with the code and we will send an alternative image.

Q The item I liked has been sold, is it possible to order another?
The answer to this is, don’t hesitate! Although we can sometimes get another piece made, often these pieces are one-offs. Email us with the code or a description and we will do our best to get the jeweller to make another similar. Orders require a 50% deposit with the order.

Q Can I pay by cheque?
Cheques should be made out to JaM. It is a good idea to email or phone JaM before mailing a cheque so the piece can be reserved for you. Please enclose the jewellery code with the cheque.
