Times
All our jewellery is individually made and so only items in stock can be delivered immediately. If you request jewellery that is different from the item and/or size displayed we will need to have this made for you, therefore our standard delivery time is between one and six weeks.
It is often possible for a designer to fulfil an order more quickly, so please contact us if you need something sooner, and we will try to make it happen by that date.
If delivery within six weeks is not possible due to special circumstances, i.e. illness, or unavailability of materials, you will be given another projected timescale, and the option to cancel your order should you wish.
You will be informed by e-mail on the day of dispatch, and should receive your item the next day. We regret that items, which have been paid for by cheque, cannot be dispatched until the cheque has been received and funds have been cleared.
If you would like to know if orders can be guaranteed for Christmas delivery, please contact us before ordering - we are likely to be able to fulfil orders right up to the final Christmas posting, but please contact us to avoid disappointment.
Charges
UK
Delivery on orders over £200 will be free of charge.
Delivery on orders under £200 will cost £5.00, regardless of the number of items.
All deliveries to UK addresses will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service which guarantees next working day delivery before 1pm. This also insures the item for loss. All UK deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
Overseas
We are happy to take orders from outside the UK but they may be subject to some further security checks. Delivery overseas will incur a standard charge of £10.00. All deliveries to overseas destinations will be sent using Royal Mail Airsure service and will be fast-tracked out of the UK on the first available flight*. Delivery is not guaranteed, however items are tracked electronically and compensation will cover packages of up to £500, depending upon the destination.**

*Airsure can be used for the following countries:
Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
World Zone one: Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and USA.
World Zone two: New Zealand
** All Airsure mail receives priority handling in the UK and abroad, making it faster than the normal Airmail times of three days to Western Europe, four days to Eastern Europe and five days for the rest of the world.
